I sat down with Kevin Yon of Yon Family Farms on a very hot and humid day in Ridge Spring, South Carolina. Yon Family Farms is a 1st generation operation and Kevin tells us the whole story of how he and his wife Lydia ended up in Ridge Spring, and how what first felt like an unfortunate situation allowed them to end up right where they needed to be.
